Switching is much easier than you might think! All we need is your classroom list to get started. We can even help migrate your families' existing credit balances from your old platform. Plus, we'll work with your school's favorite vendors to bring them onto LunchUp. Contact us to discuss your transition.
How does LunchUp handle allergies and dietary restrictions?

How hard is the meal distribution?
Meals arrive individually labeled and grouped by classroom. In most schools, 1–2 volunteers can finish distribution quickly. Learn more about our distribution system.
Can I cancel or modify my child's lunch orders?
Yes. Paid meal orders can be cancelled until 6:00 PM (school local time) on the day before delivery. For example, a Tuesday 12:00 PM delivery can be cancelled until Monday 6:00 PM. Eligible cancellations are automatically refunded to your LunchUp Credit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure PCI-compliant payment system. You can also use LunchUp credits.
What is the "Sponsor a Meal For a Child" program?
This program allows you to sponsor nutritious meals for children whose families need support. When you sponsor a meal during checkout, it's quietly provided to a child in need, ensuring no child is left out during lunchtime.
